DIGITAL COMMERCE AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE
I BUILD AND MONETIZE CUSTOMER-FACING EXPERIENCES, PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL, FOR BRANDS OPERATING IN COMPLEX AND REGULATED INDUSTRIES.
For twenty years+ inside The Home Depot, State Farm, American Express/Kabbage, Google, and Legg Mason, plus two businesses I built and operate through BGG Agency and The Match House. My work connects the commercial model to the customer experience: what the business needs to earn, and what stands between the customer and buying.

Culture shaped me. creativity defines me.
I was born in Kingston, Jamaica, raised in the Bronx as hip-hop was finding its voice, and moved to Atlanta to study fashion and art. That journey shaped how I see the world: through culture, creativity, systems and possibility.
I have designed clothes, served in the military, owned a boutique, built an agency, led teams inside some of the world’s largest companies and launched businesses of my own.
The work has changed. The instinct has not: understand people, find the opportunity nobody else sees, and build something that people actually use.
I envisioned and designed The Match House in Atlanta, as a curated, experience first, viewing activation for the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament.
