Leading the creation of a new, digital design system that Inspires State Farm practitioners and empower product teams to build more consistent experiences for State Farm customers. Using a brand aligned visual language, pattern library, style guide and voice and tone guidelines, to improve speed to market and customer interaction. Building and leading a multidisciplinary team of 15+ including a creative director, architects, designers, researchers, content strategists, developers and third-party partners, to strategically set the course, design, execute implement and gain adoption for the system.

Responsible for the strategy and execution of all unauthenticated .com marketing pages, State Farm Bank, MyAccounts and customer facing native apps.
